Royal jelly is a highly concentrated secretion from certain glands of bees, which is a complete and biologically active food product containing a wealth of beneficial substances: hormones, vitamins (B group, A, D, PP, E), as many as 14–15 microelements, about 20 percent of proteins, a few percent of fats, a significant amount of sucrose, and 22 amino acids necessary for the body to grow normally. This product is easily digestible, and the human body can absorb up to 80 percent of all the substances found in royal jelly.
How to use royal jelly?
We recommend taking royal jelly in doses of 50–200 mg (a pea-sized piece) per day for periods of 15–30 days. Children should not exceed 10–50 mg per day. After a month-long break, the course can be repeated several times – especially in winter and spring. Royal jelly should be taken in the morning or during lunch before meals, placing the required amount under the tongue and waiting for it to dissolve. This is the best way to absorb it because when it goes directly into the stomach, enzymes destroy many of the beneficial substances it contains.
Storage of royal jelly:
During use, store the royal jelly in the refrigerator, and during breaks, in the freezer.
